Most of our rustic log outdoor furniture ships via LTL freight, arriving on a 52-foot semi-truck. Here’s what to expect:

  • In-home or on-site setup may be available for an additional charge, depending on location.
  • The carrier will schedule a delivery appointment with you.
  • Curbside delivery is standard—you’ll need to unload the furniture from the truck.
  • A liftgate service is available for $50 (recommended unless you have assistance to unload).

Before signing for your delivery, take a moment to inspect your furniture. If there’s any visible damage:

  • Take clear photos of the issue.
  • Note the damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.
