Wildwood Rustics’ Nationwide Delivery
Furniture Shipping Policy
Wildwood Rustics will ship to any location within the continental United States. Shipping Fees will be determined at purchase. While some products are in stock, many items will be built after the order. Lead times vary, but you’ll receive an email with the estimated shipping date at the time of purchase.
Standard Furniture shipping Fees
- Shipping cost is included in retail price for all orders over $150.
- A standard fee of $40 applies to anything below $150.
Delivery Process
- Most of our furniture is shipped LTL, which means it will likely arrive via 52’ semi truck. They will call to make a delivery appointment, and will deliver your furniture curbside, so you’ll be responsible for getting it out of the truck, in the driveway and into the house.
- There is a $50 charge for a liftgate. The liftgate is recommended unless you have a forklift or multiple capable people to help unload.
- In home delivery is also available, and is priced on a case per case basis.
- You will need to sign for delivery. Before signing, check for damage. If there is any visible damage, take plenty of pictures, and note the damage on the BOL beside the signature.
Returns
We do accept returns, although there will be a $100 restocking fee. In addition, the customer will be responsible to re-package the product in the original packaging and cover the return shipping cost. This policy helps guarantee that our products are returned in their original state and helps offset some of the costs linked to the return process. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Returns for Damaged Items
We carefully package your order to protect it during shipment; however, occasionally damages may occur.
Wildwood Rustics will replace any products that are damaged during shipment if we receive notification within 15 days of the date the items were received. The damage must be noted on the BOL, and we’ll need pictures of the damage, both of the damaged package before it’s unpacked, and the damaged furniture.
To return damaged goods, customers must:
- Contact Wildwood Rustics to request a return authorization – 570-966-2034.
- Include a copy of the original sales receipt as proof of purchase.
- Photos of the damaged package prior to opening and of the damaged furniture.
IMPORTANT: Purchases made through an independent retail or online store MUST BE RETURNED TO THE ORIGINAL SELLER.

Product Disclaimer: All cedar log furniture is subject to the natural process of checking, as the wood seasons. We will not replace any product due to checking unless it is determined to be structurally unsound. (see example of “checking” below)
