Our rustic living room furniture is built to last—period. We ship anywhere in the continental U.S. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and because most of our pieces are made-to-order, lead times vary. Once your order is ready, we’ll send you an email with your estimated shipping date. 

Most of our furniture ships via LTL freight, meaning it will arrive on a 52-foot semi-truck. The carrier will call ahead to schedule a delivery. Here’s what you need to know:

  • In-home delivery is available upon request. Pricing varies based on location and order size.
  • Curbside delivery is standard. You’ll need to unload it yourself.
  • A liftgate is available for $50. This is helpful unless you have a forklift or extra hands to assist.

Before signing for your delivery, take a moment to inspect your rustic living room furniture. If there’s any damage:

  • Take clear photos of the issue.
  • Note the damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.
  • Contact us right away so we can help resolve it.

We take great care in packaging our furniture, but in the rare case that something happens during shipping, please contact us–we’ll work with you to make it right.
